Who is responsible
RAWR Productions, 8933 Maschwanden, Switzerland (UID CHE-397.371.542), is responsible for the processing of personal data on this website. For any question about your data, write to info@rawr.productions.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your company, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. The form is stored in our database hosted by Convex, Inc. and delivered to our inbox by Resend, Inc.; either may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under contractual safeguards. We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation or project needs them and as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether the request comes from a person. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address for that check only.
If you email or phone us directly, we use your details the same way.
Analytics, only if you agree
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to understand which pages are useful. It stays switched off until you accept it in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, Google receives pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) and may process it in the United States. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Server logs and fonts
Like every web server, ours records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted after a short period. Fonts are served from our own server, so no font provider sees your visit.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where they apply, the EU GDPR and UK GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and receive a copy. Write to info@rawr.productions. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), your local EU supervisory authority, or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
We update this notice when the website changes how it handles data. The date at the top says when it last changed.
