Project description
Swiss Meetup runs dinners, workshops, walks and trips for Portuguese speakers living in Switzerland who want to meet new people. Everyone arrives on their own; the team introduces them. It needed more than a page of dates: somewhere to sell the places, fill them, and run the night.
The public side is written in Portuguese and translated into English, German and French, and so is every email and reminder, each in the guest's own language. Guests book and pay by card or TWINT. A full event opens a waitlist instead of turning people away, the ticket arrives as a QR code, and the exact address follows 48 hours before.
Behind it, a twenty-screen console the team runs everything from: events and registrations, a QR scanner for check-in at the door, coupons, campaigns, accounting, an inbox where email replies land, and a recycle bin that brings back anything deleted in the last thirty days.
