Most chatbots sold to small businesses are subscriptions: you rent a generic bot, load in some pages and pay per seat or per conversation for as long as you use it. We build it differently. We make an assistant for your website that answers from your own services, prices, opening hours, policies and FAQs, connected to the booking or CRM tool you already use. You pay a fixed quote for the build, and the running cost is the AI usage itself, which we show you month by month.
An assistant is only useful if you can trust it. So it answers from your information and says so when it does not know, then hands the conversation to a person. For a UK members' club we built an assistant whose changes are only proposed, applied after approval and undoable afterwards. We cover UK GDPR and PECR consent, data processing agreements and human handover, and we run n8n workflows behind the scenes on a server in the EU, or on yours. We work from Switzerland and the North East, across the whole UK.
What we do
Customer support on your website
Visitors get an answer to everyday questions straight away, taken from your own content, and anything the assistant is unsure about goes to your team with the whole conversation attached.
Enquiries and bookings
The assistant collects the details you need, writes the enquiry into your CRM or books a slot in your calendar, and tells the visitor what happens next.
Assistants for your staff
An internal assistant for your team that finds answers in your documents, drafts replies and suggests changes. Reading runs automatically, while writing waits for approval and can be undone.
Clear monthly cost
You see what the AI spends each month, so the running cost never comes as a surprise, and there is no per-seat licence or per-conversation fee on top of it.
Recent work
Two multilingual platforms we built in Switzerland. The UK members' club assistant has no case study page, so it is described above.
How it works
- 01
Intro call
A free 20-minute call: what do customers keep asking, where does your team lose time, and what should the assistant never decide alone?
- 02
Content and rules
We gather your pages, prices and policies, agree the handover rules and send a written fixed quote covering scope, tools to connect and data handling.
- 03
Build and test
A website assistant typically takes 2-4 weeks. You try it with real questions first, and we tighten answers until you are happy to put it in front of customers.
- 04
Launch and improve
After launch we read the first conversations with you, fill gaps in its knowledge and keep the content current when your services or prices change.
Questions
Is the chatbot UK GDPR compliant?
We set it up with UK GDPR and PECR in mind: minimal data, a clear privacy notice, consent where needed, data processing agreements and a human handover. Public models are not trained on your data. We do not give legal advice, so your adviser signs it off.
How is this different from a chatbot subscription?
A subscription rents you a generic bot. We build one around your information and your tools, for a fixed quote, with no per-seat licence. What continues is the AI usage, which we report to you every month, plus any care you ask us to provide.
How much does an AI chatbot for business cost?
We do not publish prices, because scope sets them: your content, the number of languages, the tools it connects to, such as booking or CRM, and where it is hosted. You receive a fixed quote after the intro call, with running costs explained.
Can it connect to our booking or CRM system?
Usually yes, if the tool offers an interface. We check yours on the intro call and say honestly what is easy and what needs a workaround, before any quote. It can write enquiries into the CRM or place bookings in a calendar.
What if the chatbot gets something wrong?
It answers only from your information and admits when it does not know, then passes the conversation to a person. We review early conversations with you after launch and correct gaps, so mistakes get fixed at the source rather than papered over.
