AI automation in Zurich

We take repetitive admin off Zurich teams by connecting the tools they already use, and we come to you for the first review.

Zurich runs on small, expensive teams: consultancies, agencies, property managers, fiduciaries, start-ups with a handful of people. Their time is the costly part, yet quotes, scheduling and payment reminders still get done by hand between meetings. We connect the tools those teams already use, such as email, calendar, accounting and CRM, so the routine moves on its own. Where a step needs judgement, say sorting an enquiry or drafting a first reply, an AI model does the preparation and a person approves the result.

We work from the Knonauer Amt, about 30 minutes from Zurich, and visit for the process review rather than sorting everything out over video. Workflows run mostly on n8n, hosted on our own server in the EU (Frankfurt), with a Swiss host available on request. Our consultation is in English, French, Portuguese or Spanish, while interfaces and emails can be built in German, French, Italian and English. We run our own studio on the same stack, from inbox triage to sales follow-up.

What we do

Quotes and enquiries

Incoming enquiries are logged, sorted and assigned to the right person. A draft quote is prepared from your templates, and you check and approve it before anything goes out to the client.

Invoices and payment chasing

Invoices are created from your data, overdue items trigger a polite reminder, and incoming payments are matched, so your accounting needs fewer manual checks at month end.

Scheduling and reminders

Meeting proposals, confirmations and reminders run automatically against your calendar, which cuts the back and forth and the number of appointments that quietly fall through.

Reports and a team assistant

A weekly report assembled from your systems, plus an internal assistant that answers questions about your documents. It proposes, your team decides, and every applied change can be undone.

Recent work

Two platforms where enquiries, bookings and messages connect behind the scenes; a UK members' club AI assistant is described above, with no case study page.

How it works

  1. 01

    Intro call

A free 20-minute call, by video or at your Zurich office: which routine slows your team down, and which programs does it touch?

  2. 02

    Process review and quote

We follow the workflow once, on site or on screen, pick the tasks with the most to gain and send a written fixed quote with a clearly defined scope.

  3. 03

    First workflow live

A first workflow is typically live within 1-2 weeks. You check it against real cases, and only then do we build the next one.

  4. 04

    Running and adjusting

We monitor the workflows, fix faults and adjust them when your team, tools or offers change, so the automation keeps matching how you work.

Questions

Do you visit clients in Zurich?

Yes. We are based in the Knonauer Amt, about 30 minutes away, and come to you for the process review and key meetings. The rest runs over video and shared documents, which most Zurich teams with full diaries prefer anyway.

Which kinds of Zurich business gain most?

Those with a lot of admin per client or per job: consultancies, agencies, fiduciaries, property management. The industry matters less than how often the same action repeats. We size it up with you on the intro call.

How much does AI automation cost in Zurich?

We do not quote numbers here, because the scope sets the price: how many workflows, how many systems they connect and how much judgement a step needs from AI. You get a fixed quote after the intro call. AI usage is shown to you monthly.

Can you work with our existing tools?

Usually, as long as they offer an interface or can be linked through email and files. We check your accounting, CRM and calendar on the intro call and say honestly what connects easily and what needs a detour, before we write the quote.

How do you handle client data under Swiss law?

We set workflows up with the revised Swiss data protection act (nDSG) in mind: minimal data, clear notices, a record of where data goes, EU hosting and human handover. Public models are not trained on your data. Your data protection adviser signs off.
