AI automation in Zug

We are a short drive from Zug and take recurring admin off holding companies, traders and local firms.

Zug packs holding structures, international firms, fiduciaries, trading businesses and long-established local trades into a small canton. The admin that follows is heavy and repetitive: correspondence with banks and authorities, documents in more than one language, client emails that expect a reply the same day. Much of it follows fixed patterns and can be automated. Working with an AI agency nearby has a practical benefit, because the first process review happens at your desk instead of in a string of video calls.

We are based in the Knonauer Amt, about fifteen minutes from Zug. Workflows run on n8n on our own server in the EU (Frankfurt), with AI models only where a step calls for judgement. Because Zug often works in both English and German, we build interfaces and replies to match the language of the person writing in. We have shown the approach on Zug's doorstep: RAKU Sushi's online ordering and operator console, built end to end in five weeks.

What we do

Bilingual enquiry handling

Enquiries in English or German are recognised, logged and routed, with an acknowledgement in the right language, so international and local clients receive a prompt answer without anyone retyping it.

Documents and correspondence

Standard letters, summaries and meeting notes are drafted from your templates and data. Your team reviews and approves each one before it leaves the building.

Orders and bookings

From order to confirmation to collection, the flow runs through on its own, like the online ordering and operator console we built for RAKU Sushi in Zug.

Assistant for internal knowledge

An internal assistant answers questions from your own documents, such as policies or contracts, and points to the source. It proposes, and your team confirms.

Recent work

RAKU Sushi is a Zug project; the other two are Swiss platforms we built and still look after.

How it works

  1. 01

    Intro call

A free 20-minute call, by video or at your Zug office: where does time go, and which programs are involved?

  2. 02

    Process review and quote

We look at the workflow in person, choose the tasks that pay back best and send a written fixed quote covering scope and running costs.

  3. 03

    First workflow live

A first workflow typically goes live in 1-2 weeks. You see it on real cases before we move on to the next one.

  4. 04

    Extend and look after

We add workflows step by step, watch them on our server and keep them current when your tools or your offer change.

Questions

Is your AI agency based in Zug?

Not in a fixed office. We work from the Knonauer Amt, about fifteen minutes away, and come to you for the review and sign-offs. Most of the project runs on calls and shared documents, with in-person sessions kept for the steps that matter.

Can you build workflows for a company that works in two languages?

Yes. English and German are both common in Zug, so we build acknowledgements, interfaces and assistants that reply in the language of the sender. French and Italian can be added later without rebuilding anything.

How much does AI automation cost in Zug?

We do not publish numbers. The price depends on the number of workflows, the systems they connect, the languages and how much AI judgement each step needs. After the intro call you receive a fixed quote, and AI usage is reported to you monthly.

How do you treat confidential company data?

With the Swiss data protection act (nDSG) in mind: minimal data, clear notices, a record of data flows, EU hosting (Frankfurt) and a Swiss host on request. Public models are not trained on your data. Your data protection adviser gives the final sign-off.

Can you work with the software we already have?

Mostly, provided it offers an interface or can be linked through email and files. We go through your tools on the intro call and tell you plainly what connects easily and what needs a workaround, before any quote is written.
