An enquiry arrives by email, someone copies it into the CRM, books the call, sends the confirmation and chases the invoice. RAWR is an AI automation agency working from Switzerland and the UK. We connect the tools you already use so that admin runs itself: enquiries into the CRM, booking confirmations and reminders, invoices and follow-ups, lead handling, reports, document drafting and email triage. Where a step needs judgement we add an AI model, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI. Where it does not, we keep plain, predictable logic.
We build mostly on n8n, an open-source workflow tool, self-hosted on our own server in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). If you need it on your own server or on a Swiss host, we can do that on request. We run our own studio on the same stack: AI assistants triage our inbox and calendar, automations run our sales pipeline from lead research to reply handling, and daily self-checks watch every system. The same thinking sits behind the booking tools we built for Swiss Meetup and for a UK members’ club, where a person approves what the AI proposes.
